It is important that you inform your recipients you are arranging a package delivery for them on the delivery day that was selected in your order form between 11am – 5pm (or any specific time slots that you may have purchased).

1. It is highly recommended to provide mobile numbers of your recipients for the deliveries. Please ensure that delivery addresses and mobile numbers of your recipients are correct and up to date. This serves as a form of contact when delivery vendor has difficulties locating the address or when a wrong address is provided. In circumstances wherein the recipients are not at home, our delivery vendors will hang the package at their door handle. There will be no waiting time or request for our delivery vendors to make a return trip at a later time.

2. Your mobile number (which you have provided in your order form) will also be provided to the delivery vendors, just in case they are not able to reach your recipients should any unexpected situations arise. Please stay contactable during the delivery times.

3. In the event if the premises has controlled access to entry (such as condominium, offices) or a wrong address is provided and our delivery vendors are not able to reach the recipients on their mobile, the package will be returned to our central kitchen for disposal. There will be no refund for such cases, as food has already been prepared and delivery has been attempted. You may purchase a new package to resend to these affected recipients again.

4. You may still update the recipients’ delivery addresses no later than 2 days before the delivery date. As the deliveries are done externally by our delivery vendors, for any changes to recipients’ delivery addresses with less than 2 days notice, a delivery rebooking of $15 per address will apply.

5. We appreciate your understanding that we are not able to request the delivery vendors to call your recipients prior delivery due to their large volume of deliveries.

6. Please check with all your recipients to ensure that they have received the package on the delivery day. Contact us immediately after 5pm on the delivery date itself  if there are any recipients who have not received their packages. 

You would need to download the excel form onto your computer and edit it using excel software. Please note that you are not able to edit the form online. Please email the completed excel form to order@joybox.com.sg, stating your order number no later than 4 pm, 2 days before your delivery date. For late submissions, delivery of the entire order will be postponed accordingly.
